As a family owned business, we take customer service very seriously.
Unlike our competitors, we don't raise rates every 45 or 90 days. We don't think anyone wants to be nickle and dimed. We believe that an important part of building a lasting rapport with our tenants is not raising rates every month or even every year. While rate raises may happen from time-to-time we seldom raise rates for tenants who have been with us for less than 18-24 months. Some of our competitors also require you to purchase tenant insurance.
