The manager, Efren, is friendly and most helpful. Conveniently located near Sky Harbor Airport, this location made access to my belongings easy while traveling for several months.

This is our third year as a customer at this location. Efran takes care of everything and he is always smiling and helpful. We travel back and forth and this location is a winner: we walk a quick 1/4 of a mile and we hop in to the free Skytrain to the airport!

We needed a short-term storage solution after moving to Phoenix from out of state and Guardian was an excellent find. The manager, Efran, is awesome and was of great help throughout our short time using this unit. This is not a negative, just a tip--if you need to access with a large truck try and secure a location in the first aisle as the turns around the back of the facility are tight. Would gladly head here again if we need a storage spot--excellent service and security make this a big WIN!

Manager is what makes this the best one. Clean, neat friendly like other places but Efran is the best. Easy to work with and totally professional. I've used several other - Storage Solutions, Extra Space, etc... I will drive extra to use this location because of manager the best ever. Fair, honest, and best customer service.
